Primary care in Köln-Südstadt

The practice was originally founded by Dr. Walter Dresch and operated for many years under his name. With the expansion of the practice into the Hausarztzentrum Südstadt, we are building on this expertise. As general practitioners or specialists in internal medicine practicing in primary care, we ensure the medical primary care of the population. General practitioners are the first point of contact for medical problems. We assist with acute complaints such as fever, headache, abdominal pain, as well as musculoskeletal pain such as back and joint pain, shortness of breath, flu, colds, coughs, and runny noses. In addition to acute complaints, as a general practitioner the Hausarztzentrum Südstadt offers a wide range of preventive services, such as check-ups, as well as the Disease Management Program. This program is aimed at patients suffering from chronic diseases and aims to improve their quality of life. It includes both medical treatment and individual patient care using expertise and therapeutic means.
